FAQ
· Who can join?
Kids 6 and up are welcome! Parents or guardians may join (no charge for them). You must be able to walk freely, and have a good sense of balance to navigate the rocky area.

· Is it safe?
Yes! The rocky area is rather flat, but there are of course slippery parts that need to be navigated carefully. Most of the animals we encounter are harmless and the ones that might be of concern will be pointed out by the teacher. We always carry a first aid kit just in case.

· What time?
The classes revolve around low tide. Low tide happens twice a day and it varies slightly every day. We usually plan to go out within 2 hours before or after the low tide.
· Where are the classes held?
We meet in North Akumal, and go out to the rocky tide pools there.

· Who cannot join?
People with poor balance or that are unable to navigate freely.
